All Mail Order parcels must be checked for damages before signing for them. If there is damage present, please make a note on the delivery note before accepting the goods. Failure to do this will void any insurance claim we are able to make against the carrier and therefore we can not be held responsible for damage to goods whilst in transit. Any damage, shortages or omissions must be reported to us upon receipt of the goods.
